Professional ruling for lawyers in the European Community

In accordance with the current Lawyers‘ Remuneration Act (RVG) we must point out the following: lawyers’ fees are calculated, unless otherwise regulated, according to the value of the matter, sec. 2 Para. 1 RVG. This does not generally apply to criminal matters, fines or social welfare proceedings.
